• We never ask for your password or account login credentials
• Your social media profile must be set to public during the delivery window for us to fulfil your order
• While we deliver engagement as described, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as viral reach, brand deals, or monetisation approval, as these depend on external factors outside our control

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You must own or have full authorisation to submit the social media profile for which you are purchasing services
• You must ensure your profile remains set to public throughout the delivery period
• You must not use Mega Followers UK services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• You must not resell our services without prior written agreement from us
• You must provide accurate information when placing your order — we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect profile links or usernames

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates these obligations or applicable law.

Order Processing & Delivery

Processing Time

Most orders begin delivering within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation. Larger orders may be delivered gradually over 12–72 hours to maintain a natural growth pattern. Estimated delivery timescales are displayed on each product page.

Order Requirements

To ensure successful delivery of your order, please make sure:

• Your social media profile is set to public before placing your order
• The profile URL or username you provide is accurate and up to date
• You do not change your username during the delivery window
• You do not place duplicate orders for the same profile simultaneously

Mega Followers UK is not liable for delivery failures caused by private accounts, incorrect profile information, or platform-side restrictions outside of our control.

Payments

All prices on megafollowers.uk are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order.

• We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other methods supported by Stripe
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers
• All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology
• If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please contact us if you experience any payment issues

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy works as follows:

• If we fail to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked
• Once an order has been fully delivered as described, it is generally non-refundable
• If the quality of delivery falls significantly below what was described, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue — including a refill, partial credit, or refund at our discretion
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@megafollowers.uk within 30 days of your order date

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We resolve disputes quickly and chargeback abuse may result in your account being suspended.

Refill Policy

All orders placed with Mega Followers UK are covered by our 30-day free refill guarantee. Here is how it works:

• If your follower, subscriber, or like count drops within 30 days of your order being delivered, we will refill the difference at no extra cost
• Refill requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original order date by contacting support@megafollowers.uk with your order number
• The refill guarantee applies to the original order quantity only — it does not apply to any additional drops beyond the original amount purchased
• Refills are processed within 24–72 hours of your request being approved

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Mega Followers UK's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational damage
• Account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by social media platforms as a result of using third-party growth services
• Delivery delays or failures caused by platform algorithm changes, private account settings, or incorrect order information provided by the customer
• Any loss or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Intellectual Property

All content on megafollowers.uk — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Mega Followers UK and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
