This policy explains how TIGMONSTUDIOS LTD, trading as Mega Followers UK (company number 17142708), handles your personal data. We are the data controller for personal data collected through https://www.megafollowers.uk, and we follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We review this policy regularly and will update it when the law or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

2. The personal data we collect

Account details: your name if you give it, email address, a securely hashed password, and your wallet balance and transaction history.
Order details: the social media link or username you order for, the service and quantity, and the date and value of each order.
Payment details: card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not see or store your full card number or security code. For bank transfers we record the payer name, reference, and amount. For crypto payments we keep the transaction record supplied by our payment partner.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and time zone, used to run and secure the site.
Usage data: the pages you visit and how you use the site, collected through analytics cookies if you allow them.
Communications: emails, contact form messages, support tickets, and other support conversations.

We never ask for your social media password.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Order, payment, and wallet records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax rules and to resolve disputes. Records of fraudulent activity are kept as long as needed to prevent repeat fraud and defend legal claims. Support messages are kept for 2 years, and server logs for up to 12 months. If you close your account, we delete the rest of your personal data within 30 days.

8. Security

We protect your data with encrypted SSL connections, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit data to staff who need it. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our systems. No website can be completely secure, but we take the measures the UK GDPR expects.

9. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

10. Children

Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
