Our Refund Guarantee
We stand behind every order we process. If we fail to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
We process refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- We failed to deliver your order within the stated delivery timeframe
- Your order was never started and remains undelivered after 24 hours
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error
- The service delivered was significantly different from what was described on the product page
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original order date by contacting us at support@megafollowers.uk with your order number.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Once an order has been fully delivered as described, it is generally non-refundable. Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- The order was delivered in full and on time as described
- Your social media profile was set to private during the delivery window, preventing us from fulfilling your order
- You provided an incorrect profile URL or username at the time of ordering
- You changed your username or profile settings during the delivery window
- The follower or like count dropped after delivery — this is covered by our 30-day refill guarantee instead
Our 30-Day Free Refill Guarantee
Every order placed with Mega Followers UK is covered by our 30-day free refill guarantee. If your follower, subscriber or like count drops within 30 days of your order being delivered, we will refill the difference at absolutely no extra cost.
Here is how to claim your free refill:
- Email us at support@megafollowers.uk within 30 days of your original order date
- Include your order number and a brief description of the drop
- Our team will review and approve your request — refills are typically processed within 24–72 hours
The refill guarantee applies to the original order quantity only. It does not apply to drops beyond the original amount purchased, and it cannot be claimed more than once per order.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or account credit where an order was partially delivered but not completed in full. Each case is reviewed individually by our support team. If you believe you are owed a partial refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate promptly.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We resolve the vast majority of disputes quickly and fairly — usually faster than the chargeback process itself.
Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and future orders being declined. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to dispute them.
